SUBJECT: RETROACTIVE VETO
Let it be known to the General Managers of the Legacy Baseball League that I invoke Commissioner Powers provisioned under 2.III.e of the Legacy Baseball League Constitution of 1895 to retroactively veto Proposal 1900-03, the Salary Cap Amendment.
No salary cap shall be imposed on franchises for the competition of those agents currently uncommitted to a team.
